The Area

Ski slopes, snowshoe trails and ice-fishing lakes are right on your doorstep when you stay at the Lapland Hotel Sirkantähti – it’s in the heart of Levi village.

The Hotel

As soon as you walk in here you’re greeted by a log fire. Everywhere here is modern, but still cosy. Purples, wood and funky lighting make the bar a great evening hang-out. And the restaurant is somewhere you’ll want to spend lots of time. Tasty cooked breakfasts are offered up alongside log fires, and you can try traditional Lappish fare in the evenings.

Twin rooms come with a sauna, while apartments are designed with families in mind. Whichever you choose, you’ll get ultra-cosy interiors that pair pine-green lounge chairs with berry-coloured bedspreads.

Itinerary

Day 1- Arrive in Kittila

You’ll pick up your thermal clothes as soon as you touch down in Kittila. Once you’re wrapped up you’ll take your transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day’s free for you to find your bearings, or gear up for a snowball fight.

Day 2- Day Full of Fun & Santa

Today you’ll head out to Santa’s activity area in the Kittila countryside for a day of festive fun. You’ll head out on a short husky-sledge ride, or a snowmobile sleigh ride. For something at a slower pace, you can try your hand at making Christmas ornaments. A visit to Santa tops off this action-packed day out.

Day 3- Festive Finale

For those on a three-night trip, it’s time to hand your thermal clothing in today before your festive finale, which will feature a traditional Christmas dinner with all the trimmings.

Day 4- Fly Home

It’s time to head back to the airport today, and begin your journey home!
