The Area

Perched right on the southern coast of Corfu, about 15 minutes’ walk from lively Kavos, Ionian Sea View delivers on its name. Expect a front-row seat to the picture-perfect view of the sparkling sea, the Greek mainland and Paxos laid out along the horizon. The main strip is lined with bars, restaurants, and buzzy nightclubs, so why not see where the wind takes you?

The Hotel

Days here revolve around the sea-facing pool, so snag a sun lounger and get working on that tan. Pitched up poolside you’ll find a bar that deals in daytime drinks and snacks, while elsewhere there’s a 24hr drinks spot and a restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner.

Just a few steps from the hotel you’ll find Asprokavos Beach, a stretch of shoreline that’s all about the water sports offering. Plenty of boat trips and tours leave off from this part of the island, too, so you can explore the coastline, or even take a daytrip to nearby Paxos. For swimming and sunbathing, meanwhile, Kavos’ main beach is about 15 minutes’ walk away.
